RRB ALP Admit Card 2024 Download Link (Released)

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released online Admit Card for Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) for 18799 vacancies in pay level-2 for Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) No 01/2024. The computer based test (CBT) stage 1 examination shall be conducted from 25 to 29 November 2024 across the entire nation as per the notified examination center. All eligible applicants can download their admit card online at RRB Recruitment official website rrbapply.gov.in from 21st November 2024 onwards for ALP recruitment in all Railway Recruitment Boards.

  1. Information and details regarding the CBT schedules and link for downloading the E-call letters will be given on the official website of the RRBs. Eligible candidates will also be informed via SMS and email.
  2. Eligible candidates can download their e-call letter for the CBT/ CBAT from the official RRB websites about 4 (four) days before the date of CBT/ CBAT. However, intimation about the city of examination shall be given about 10 (ten) days in advance.
  3. No call letter will be sent to candidates by post.
  4. Detailed information and instructions regarding the CBT/ CBAT will be given along with the e-call letter. Candidates should read and follow them scrupulously. Failure to comply with the instructions may lead to their disqualification.
  1. City Intimation Slip for candidates of CEN 01/2024 ALP WILL BE ACTIVATED 10 DAYS BEFORE EXAM DATE.
  2. City Intimation Slip for candidates with exam Dates 25.11.2024 will go live on 15.11.2024.
  3. For candidates with exam dates from 26.11.2024, 27.11.2024, 28.11.2024 and 29.11.2024, City Intimation Slip will be activated from 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th Nov 2024 respectively.
  1. Applicants to the post of ALP notified under CEN 01/2024 are aware that the last date for submission of application is 19/02/2024. They are advised to complete the process of applying early, and avoid any last-minute rush and network congestion
  2. The CBT 1 exams for this post are tentatively scheduled to be held between 25 November 2024 to 29 November 2024.
  3. The second stage (CBT 2) exams date shall be notified soon.

CBT-1 will only be a screening exam for shortlisting eligible candidates for CBT-2 based on their normalized marks and merit.

  1. Duration: 60 minutes
  2. Number of questions: 75, Maximum marks: 75 (@1 mark per question)
  3. There shall be negative marking @1/3rd marks for each wrong answer.
  4. Normalization of marks will be done for CBTs held in multiple shifts.
  5. Minimum pass percentage for eligibility: UR & EWS – 40%, OBC (NCL) – 30%, SC-30%, ST- 25%.
  6. The standard of questions for CBT-1 will generally be in conformity with the educational standards and/or minimum technical qualifications prescribed for the post. Questions will be of objective type with multiple choice answers and are likely to cover topics pertaining to the following syllabus: a. Mathematics, b. Mental Ability, c. General Science, d. General Awareness

  1. At first open RRB Recruitment official website https://www.rrbapply.gov.in.
  2. In the middle of Home Page under Latest Updates section click on the given link as “Download RRB ALP Admit Card Exam 2024”.
  3. You will be redirected to admit card download page of RRB Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) Recruitment Examination 2024.
  4. In the admit card download page under Admit Card Login section enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth correctly in the specified input field.
  5. Next enter Captcha Code as shown in the page correctly to proceed further.
  6. Finally click on Submit button to fetch your admit card from RRB Recruitment server and now you can download a copy in PDF or print out it for future reference.
