All eligible and interested Indian nationals can apply online at Railway RRB recruitment official website rrbapply.gov.in from 14th September 2024 to till the application last date 27th October 2024 for NTPC Posts recruitment in all Railway Recruitment Boards.

For CEN 05/2024 (Graduate Posts) :
Chief Commercial Cum Ticket Supervisor / Station Master/ Goods Train manager : Degree from recognized University or its equivalent.
Junior Accounts Assistant Cum Typist / Senior Clerk Cum Typist : Degree from recognised University or its equivalent. Typing proficiency in English / Hindi on Computer is essential.
For CEN 06/2024 (Under Graduate Posts) :
Commercial Cum Ticket Clerk : 12th or its equivalent with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate. 50% marks is not to be insisted upon in case of SC/ ST/ Persons with Benchmark Disability/Ex-servicemen and candidates Who possess qualifications higher than 12th.
Accounts Clerk Cum Typist : 12th or its equivalent with not less than 50%marks in the aggregate. 50% marks is not to be insisted upon in case of SC/ ST/ Persons with Benchmark Disability/Ex-servicemen and candidates who possess qualifications higher than 12th. Typing proficiency in English / Hindi on Computer is essential.

RRB NTPC Selection Process 2024
Only single ONLINE application (common to all the notified posts in opted RRB) has to be submitted by the candidate through the link provided on the official websites of RRBs. The recruitment process shall involve 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT), 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT), Typing Skill Test Test (as applicable) and Document Verification/Medical Examination. Selection is made strictly as per merit, on the basis of above-mentioned recruitment stages.

- The examination duration will be 120 Minutes for eligible PwBD candidates accompanied with Scribe.
- The section wise distribution given in the above table is only indicative and there may be some variations in the actual question papers. There will be negative marking and 1/3 mark shall be deducted for each wrong answer.
Railway NTPC Short Listing Process 2024
- RRB wise short listing of candidates for 2 nd Stage CBT shall be done at the rate of 15 times the vacancies
- The short listing for Computer Based Typing Skill Test shall be to the extent of 8 times the vacancies (may increase or decrease as per the requirement of Railway Administration) based on the merit of the candidates in 2nd Stage CBT. When a candidate is qualified in 1st stage CBT & shortlisted for subsequent stages as OBC/ SC/ ST/ EWS/ PwBD he/she will continue to be considered as OBC/ SC/ ST/ EWS/ PwBD respectively in all subsequent stages.

Candidates will have to download the City and Date Intimations, eCall Letters and Travel Authority (wherever applicable) from the links provided on the official websites of RRBs.
RRB NTPC Normalisation of Marks 2024
Short listing of Candidates for various stages shall be based on the normalized marks obtained by them whenever CBT is conducted in multiple sessions for the same syllabus.
RRB NTPC Documents Uploading List 2024
In order to ensure speedy filling up of application by the candidates, they should keep the following documents ready in digital form before logging in to the application page.
- Candidate Photograph: JPEG image of size 20 KB to 50 KB.
- Candidate Signature: JPEG image of size 10 KB to 40 KB.
- SC/ ST Certificate (Only for candidates seeking Free Travel Pass): JPEG image of size 50 KB to 100 KB.
- Scribe Photo (wherever applicable): JPEG image of size 20 KB to 50 KB.
How To Apply Online For RRB NTPC Recruitment 2024
Candidates can apply for the notified posts of any one RRB only as per their eligibility through ONLINE application mode by visiting the official website of RRBs.
- Click on the Apply: (Create an Account / and already have an Account). During the ONLINE APPLICATION, candidates will be asked to ‘Create Account’. If a candidate has already created an Account for CENs notified in 2024, they should use same account credentials to log in and apply for this CEN as well.
- Registration Details: Enter your name, Date of Birth and Father’s name, Mother’s Name, Aadhaar Number, SSLC/ Matric Roll Number, Year of Passing, Mobile Number and email-ID and then submit for registration. Also note that both the email and mobile number will be verified during the Online Application process with a One Time Password (OTP).
- On successful OTP activation, Registration Number will be generated and sent on registered email ID and mobile number.
- Candidates can proceed with the online application by clicking on the “Candidate Login” button on the Home Page using the Registration Number and password.
- In the Part I of application page, provide the details of Educational Qualification, Community Gender, Religion, Ex SM, PwBD, Minority, Economically Backward Class and Age Relaxation eligibility category as applicable and other details.
- Pay fee and Fill Part-II application form carefully, finally upload your relevant documents and take print out of submitted application form.
